The TY23 features a simple interface layout where core information is clear at a glance. Its main display area includes a power indicator bar for checking remaining capacity, clear charge/discharge icons showing the battery's current operating mode, and a switchable parameter display. Operators can use a button to cycle through key data such as battery voltage, current, remaining capacity (Ah), or State of Charge (SOC), meeting needs across different scenarios.
The TY23 is equipped with a high-contrast LCD screen. The combination of a yellow backlight and black numerals ensures exceptionally clear readability. Screen content remains easily visible under various lighting conditions, allowing forklift operators to read data accurately.
The front panel of the TY23 offers a degree of dust and water resistance, enabling it to withstand the varying environments encountered during daily forklift operation, such as dust in warehouses, occasional splashes, or cleaning processes. This characteristic helps extend the product's service life and enhances its stability and reliability in industrial applications, reducing failures caused by environmental factors.
The TY23 utilizes a low-power consumption design. During normal operation, its maximum power draw is 12 mA, resulting in minimal drain on the battery. Furthermore, the TY23 supports a standby mode; it enters standby (with the backlight off) after the battery has neither charged nor discharged for a period. The maximum current in standby mode is only 0.7 mA, significantly reducing power loss when the forklift is idle and preventing excessive battery drain from the external monitor.
The TY23 boasts a wide range of voltage and current compatibility, supporting operating voltages from 8V to 100V and current measurement from 0 to 150A. This allows it to be compatible with mainstream forklift battery types, including traditional lead-acid batteries, as well as increasingly popular lithium and sodium batteries. It provides a unified battery monitoring solution for forklift fleets with different power systems.
