The TY23 features a simple and clear interface. Core display elements include an intuitive power indicator bar for checking remaining capacity, a charge/discharge status icon, and an area for switchable data where users can cycle through parameters like voltage, current, remaining capacity, and SOC. This design allows users to quickly access key information while riding.
The TY23 utilizes a high-contrast LCD screen. It provides clear readability under various lighting conditions, such as daily outdoor light or at night, ensuring data is easily visible at a glance.
The front panel of the TY23 offers a degree of dust and water resistance. It can withstand minor splashes, rain, and dust encountered during daily use, enhancing its durability and reliability in outdoor environments.
The TY23 supports both flush mounting and bracket installation. An optional handlebar mount kit allows the TY23 to be fixed on the handlebars without modifying the original vehicle structure or drilling holes, while providing an easy view of the data.
The TY23 employs a low-power design. Its maximum operating current is 12 mA during normal operation. When no charging or discharging current is detected from the vehicle battery, the TY23 can automatically enter standby mode, where the maximum current drops to 0.7 mA. This helps reduce the TY23's drain on the vehicle battery, preserving its range.
The TY23 operates within a voltage range of 8V to 100V and measures currents from 0 to 150A. This wide range makes it suitable for various battery types commonly used in electric motorcycles, including lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, and emerging sodium batteries.
